CAPITAL CONTRACTORS INC. ASSEMBLES NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM TO ACHIEVE GROWTH OBJECTIVES



ISLANDIA, NY July, 2016 – Capital Contractors has assembled a new management team to lead the company’s aggressive growth objectives. Former Chief Executive Officer Bob Jantzen, who led the organization as CEO for the past three years, has assumed the role of Chairman of the Board. Peter Sheldon, former Vice President of Local Markets, has assumed the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer. Peter Stone, former CFO, has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Karen Krall, former Vice President of Finance, has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer.

With the recent additional $5 million capital investment by Palladium Equity Partners, Capital’s majority shareholder, the organization continues to build a solid platform to achieve its aggressive growth plans in its target East Coast, Midwest and Canadian markets. The assignment of the new executive team positions the company with strong leadership and industry experience to carry it well into the future.

About the new leaders:

Peter Sheldon, President & COO, is a 26 year veteran of the commercial managed services industry, and has had tremendous success generating dramatic growth for several large industry players throughout his career. Since joining Capital in 2012, Mr. Sheldon has transformed the struggling local markets division into a $50 million growing, profitable and professional sales and management organization that serves as the foundation for Capital’s overall continued growth and success.

Peter Stone, CEO, has been leading professional services organizations in CEO and CFO capacities for 18 years with both publicly-traded and private companies. Combining strong operations and M&A backgrounds, Mr. Stone specializes in strategic growth opportunities which leverage both organic expansion and acquisitions to create industry-leading organizations that deliver superior value to customers, employees and vendor partners.

Karen Krall, CFO, has 15 years of combined public and private experience in accounting and finance. Prior to her role as CFO, she spent 6 years with Capital Contractors as Vice President of Finance improving the financial reporting process, which included significant involvement in the design and implementation of a new ERP system and internal controls. Ms. Krall began her career in public accounting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in New York.
