On-Site Assessments

checklist2 Capital’s field operations teams will perform onsite audits using scope specific electronic inspections. These tablet inspections can be accessed via our customer online reporting system.

Each client is assigned a quality assurance team to monitor the specific needs of the customer. Quality Assurance representatives make regularly scheduled calls to each site to ensure both customer and Capital standards are met.

Capital Leadership is ready to assist whenever and wherever needed. Regional Operations Directors and the VP of Operations are available to schedule regional or site specific tours. Quality Assurance Directors and VP of Quality Assurance meet regularly with clients to review all aspects of Capital’s service.
